Kilby House Inn Policies
Deposit
A deposit is required to confirm the reservation. Deposit is equal to one night’s rent plus sales tax.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled reservation. Your deposit will be refunded to you, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to a scheduled reservation, guests will be responsible for the cost of the room(s). If the room can be re-booked during this time, you will be refunded for your reservation, minus the $25 cancellation fee. Please note that we make our best effort to re-book your room in the case of a last-minute cancellation.
Payment Methods
We prefer check or cash, but we also accept all major credit cards.
Check-in/Check-out times
Check-in time at Kilby House Inn is 2 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
Room Occupancy
A maximum of two guests are permitted in each room. Children over the age of 12 are welcome when accompanied by a family member. Room rates will be adjusted for single occupancy.
The Kilby House Inn is a smoke-free/vape-free facility.
Maine sales tax of 9% will be applied to all reservations.
The regular season is May 15- October 15. In the off-season, rates may be adjusted.
