The Kilby House Inn offers elegant accommodations in a restful, welcoming B & B atmosphere. The Kilby House Inn is located on Water Street, among homes of distinctive architectural styles, and affords easy walking to shops and restaurants of the historic downtown waterfront.
The Parlor
The Kilby House has been furnished and decorated to create a light and welcoming ambience, rather than the dark and heavy atmosphere found in many Victorian homes.
The Music Room
Guests enjoy the comfort of a drawing room with fireplace. and a music room with grand piano. Antiques and family heirlooms, many originally belonging to the Kilby family, many others from the family of the present owner, grace the bed-chambers and common rooms on the first level.
The Dining Room
In the morning our guests are treated to a full, hearty breakfast served in the elegant dining room daily at 8:00 a.m., where guests and innkeeper chat, plan daily adventures and solve world affairs!
